Before installation

Communicate

D-10 before installation, tease the arrival of the machine.

We have everything prepared for you! Click on the elements to download them and share them with your colleagues.

2.

Create an event

Engage your employees through a successful inauguration. Organize an event around the arrival of the machine (breakfast, snack, etc.) and invite all of your employees.

NB: certain functions are essential for a successful inauguration: Office Manager, Communication, CSR, etc.

3.

Educate

The day before installation, send our communication elements to familiarize your employees with our auum-S machine.

Inaugurate

Take advantage of a friendly moment with your colleagues to inaugurate the auum-S. One of our experts will be at your side to guide your first steps with the machine.

Continuously raise awareness

It takes time to get used to a new system. Therefore, auum continues to support your employees even after the machine has been installed.
