Red light on the tank is on
The auum-S machine has two trays: one water tank located on the side of the machine and a effluent tank located at the bottom of the machine. When the bin light turns red, it is no longer possible to start a cleaning cycle. We will tell you the steps to follow to solve this problem.

Option 1
The tray is incorrectly inserted.
The red light comes on when the bin is not completely closed. Replace it correctly to turn off the red LED and allow the machine to work again.

If the light is red at the water tray this means there is not enough water. Remove the tray, fill it with water and place it back in the machine.
If the light is red at the level of the effluent tank it means it is full. Empty the used water into a sink and place the container back into the machine.
